Our tax disc holders are fully guaranteed against manufacturing faults. You must check your tax disc holder and report any faults or omissions within 7 days of the invoice date. Any product returned to us must be returned in its original box and in unused condition. Stay Secure cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any issues arising due to misuse or incorrect assembly of the tax disc holder.

If the package arrives damaged:

1. Sign for the package as "Received damaged".
2. If the delivery service doesn't require a signature:
• If possible take photos of the damage.
• Open the package carefully and inspect the contents.
• Contact Stay-Secure immediately to report the damage and e-mail the supporting images so that we can assess the damage and replace any damaged items.

Our tax disc holders are contained within individual resealable polybags. Please make sure that when not in use the polybag and any superfluous items are carefully stored away out of the reach of children.
